Residential Complex
This newly built residential complex was designed to respond to Scandinavia’s extreme climatic conditions.
The Swedish climate is subject to strong thermal fluctuations, putting any stone cladding to the test. For this reason, Bianco Cattani proved to be the ideal choice: thanks to its unique physical and mechanical qualities, it ensures long-term stability even on façades.
Extensive material testing confirmed very high resistance to warping, with exceptional AGA values between 10 and 11, as reported in laboratory results.
The project includes approximately 300 sqm of panels, cut and calibrated to measure according to design specifications. An intervention that combines technical rigour with aesthetic clarity, conceived to stand the test of time without deformation.
Reliability that becomes architecture.
