Marble is not just surface: it is matter that carries time within it, in a continuous balance between strength and precision. It is in this suspended space between nature and design that the identity of Marmi Minucciano takes shape – a family-owned company born in the heart of the Apuan Alps marble district and grown through a direct, conscious relationship with the material.
Over time, Marmi Minucciano has built its own language through careful observation of marble, respect for its characteristics, and the ability to interpret it without ever altering its essence.
Today, this journey is told through a renewed perspective – one that brings together origin and vision, territory and contemporaneity.
A Family Story
Marmi Minucciano’s story is both familial and entrepreneurial, built over time and founded on continuity between generations and direct knowledge of quarry work.
The company developed within a broader entrepreneurial context, in dialogue with experience gained in related fields such as construction and real estate. Marmi Minucciano Srl is in fact part of SC Holding Srl, a family-owned group that also includes San Colombano Costruzioni SpA, active in the construction sector, and Fin.Fa.Ro. Srl, operating in real estate. A path that has allowed Marmi Minucciano to develop a wide-ranging and structured vision, while keeping marble at the core of its identity.
The direct involvement of the Vernazza and Cattani families in company management has fostered a concrete and coherent approach, grounded in experience, responsibility, and an authentic relationship with the mountain. Today, Marmi Minucciano operates on international markets – from China to India, from America to Africa – without ever losing its connection to its land of origin.

Uniqueness of the Material
The value of Marmi Minucciano stems from direct control of its own marble quarries and from deep knowledge of extraction techniques and block cutting – key elements in ensuring quality and continuity.
The company operates between the open-air quarries of Carrara and the Minucciano quarry, worked both in open air and underground: different environments that yield marbles with unique characteristics, shaped by local geology and quarrying methods. Within this diversity, many colours and vein patterns are available exclusively through Marmi Minucciano’s quarries, reinforcing the identity and recognisability of its production.
Alongside marble extraction, the Carrara depot represents a space of dialogue with design: a unique showroom where marbles from all quarries are gathered and where clients are guided in selecting slabs and finishes through direct engagement with the material.

A New Visual Identity: Continuity Between Past and Future
At Marmi Minucciano, past and future do not oppose each other – they coexist. If tradition is the foundation, innovation is its natural continuation. It is precisely to follow this momentum that the company chose to adopt a new graphic identity to present itself to the market.
The new look emerges from a layering of values: an essential symbol was chosen, recalling the mountain profiles from which everything originates while visually interpreting the two “M”s of Marmi and Minucciano. It is an evocative logo – a sign that suggests solidity, balance, and continuity. The new visual identity thus accompanies an evolution already underway in processes and corporate vision, making the brand’s positioning within the contemporary landscape clearer and more recognisable.
Marmi Minucciano’s new chapter arises from the desire to communicate more faithfully who the company is today: a solid, deeply rooted reality, capable of looking ahead with vision. In a sector where material speaks for itself, Marmi Minucciano chooses to listen to it, to respect its time, and to guide it toward new forms, new contexts, and new architectures.
